In accordance with articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason and without penalty, except for return costs.
How to exercise this right
- Notify us of your decision by e-mail to catherine@ceramic-uhrweiller.com or by post to the address below, preferably using the model form reproduced below.
- Return the products complete, in good condition and in suitable protective packaging, within fourteen days of your notification. Return costs are borne by you.
- We will refund you within fourteen days of receiving the return (or proof of its dispatch), using the same payment method as your original order, or by bank transfer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (article L. 221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code).
